Technical Specification
A structured kit list for detailed equipment, rider information, or technical requirements.
Overview
The Technical Specification section lets you present detailed technical information in a structured, block-based format. Each block can include text, images, and file attachments.
Layouts

Blocks
Content is organised into blocks. Each block has:
- Title: the name of the item or category
- Description: rich text details about the item
- Image: an optional photo or diagram
File Attachments
You can upload PDFs, drawings, and other documents to the section as a whole. The recipient sees a list of attachments on the live proposal page and can download each one directly.
On the live proposal page there's also a Download Complete Pack button that bundles every attachment into a single PDF with a branded cover page.
Technical Appendix in the proposal PDF
When you download the proposal as a PDF (the PDF (beta) button in the editor top bar), every Technical Specification attachment is automatically appended at the end of the document as a Technical Appendix:
- A cover page matching the proposal's own cover, labelled "Technical Appendix"
- Each PDF attachment's pages copied in at their original size (a landscape A3 drawing stays landscape A3)
- Each image attachment as its own page sized to the image's natural aspect, capped at A4
Inline images you place inside individual blocks are kept compact in the body of the section so they read in context. The full-resolution versions live in the appendix.
Word and Excel attachments are listed in the body of the section but can't be embedded in the PDF. The recipient can request them separately or download from the live proposal page.
Content Protection
Enable the "protect until accepted" option to blur the technical specification content on the live proposal until the client formally accepts. This is useful for protecting sensitive equipment lists or proprietary information. The protection only applies to the on-screen view; once the client has the proposal PDF in their hands, the gate has already been passed.
