New here? Get set up in 5 steps

Create your account

Head to pro-posal.io and click Get started. Enter your email and a password. You will be guided through a short onboarding process.

Choose your plan

Pick the plan that fits (all plans include a 60-day free trial):

  • Solo (from £25/month): One user, unlimited proposals, white-label branding.
  • Team (from £45/month): Up to 5 users, manager sign-off, team conversations.

Set up your company

Enter your company name, subdomain, and key details including your name, website, and business address. Your subdomain becomes your unique proposal URL: yourcompany.pro-posal.io.

Add your branding

Go to Settings > Brand to upload your logo, set colours, and choose fonts. These apply to every proposal automatically.

Upload both a light and dark logo variant. The correct one is used based on the background.

Create your first proposal

Click New Proposal from the Dashboard. Enter the client and event name, pick a template, and Paul (your proposal partner) will build a draft for you.

Key concepts

Sections

Proposals are made of sections: building blocks you can add, remove, reorder, and customise. There are 18 section types, from cover pages and quotations to team introductions and video embeds. Browse the Section Reference.

The editor

Three panels: section sidebar (left), live preview (centre), edit panel (right). Changes save automatically.

Paul

Paul is the built-in assistant that drafts proposals for you. Answer a few questions about the event, and he builds a complete proposal. Fine-tune in the editor afterwards.

Snippets and templates

Snippets save reusable section content (e.g. your About Us text). Templates define proposal structure (which sections, in what order).

Sending and tracking

Click Send to email the proposal or copy a direct link. Track views, see when clients open it, and get notified on accept or decline.
