Current RMS
Current RMS is a rental management system popular with AV and events companies. Connecting it to pro-posal.io lets you pull CRM data and quotation pricing directly into your proposals.
Setting up the connection
Go to Settings > Integrations and enter your Current RMS API key and subdomain. Once saved, the connection is active and available across all proposals in your account.
Searching for opportunities
When creating a new proposal, you can search for CRM opportunities by client name. Select an opportunity to link it to your proposal. This association is stored so you can track which proposals relate to which CRM records.
Pulling quotation groups
The real power of the integration is the quotation pull. From any Quote section in the editor, you can pull groups directly from the linked CRM opportunity. This imports your group-level pricing into the proposal in seconds.
How it works in practice
- Create a proposal and link it to a CRM opportunity
- Add a Quote section to your proposal
- Click the pull button to import quotation groups from Current RMS
- Groups appear in your Quote section with names and totals
- Edit, reorder, or supplement the pulled data as needed
Stripe Connect
Stripe Connect integration is coming soon. Once available, it will allow you to collect deposits or full payment directly through your proposals. Clients will be able to pay when they accept a proposal, with funds going straight to your Stripe account.
