Analytics

Track proposal performance and client engagement.

Analytics dashboard

The analytics dashboard gives you an overview of all proposal activity across your account. Access it from the main navigation to see how your proposals are performing at a glance.

KPI cards

Six stat cards sit across the top of the dashboard:

Total Proposals

Every proposal you have created, across all statuses.

Live Proposals

Proposals currently sent and out with clients, awaiting a decision.

Accepted

The number of proposals your clients have accepted.

Conversion Rate

The percentage of sent proposals that have gone on to be accepted.

Total Value

The combined value of your accepted proposals: your won revenue, not the whole pipeline.

Total Views

The total number of times your proposals have been opened by clients.

Proposal views

Views are tracked automatically whenever a client opens a proposal. You do not need to configure anything; tracking is built in.

  • View count: visible in the editor top bar and in the library list
  • Last viewed: the date and time the client most recently opened the proposal

Conversion funnel

The funnel shows how many proposals reach each of three stages: DraftSentAccepted. It helps you spot where proposals are stalling so you can follow up at the right time.

More on the dashboard

Alongside the cards and funnel, the dashboard also shows:

  • Proposals over time: a six-month bar chart of how many proposals you created each month.
  • Top proposals: your most-viewed proposals, so you can see what is getting attention.
  • Recent activity: a live feed of the latest events (sent, viewed, accepted, declined).

Win/Loss and decline reasons

Two cards at the bottom of the dashboard help you learn from the deals you do not win:

  • Win / Loss: of the proposals a client actually decided on, how many were accepted versus declined, and your win rate. This is different from the conversion rate above: win rate only counts proposals that got a yes or a no, not ones still out with the client.
  • Why proposals were declined: a list of your declined proposals with the reason the client gave when they declined. If a client did not leave a reason, the entry shows "No reason given".
Reading the decline reasons over time is the quickest way to spot a pattern, for example price, timing, or a missing feature, so you can adjust how you pitch.

Per-proposal metrics

Each proposal tracks its own view count and engagement. Open any proposal in the editor to see its individual metrics in the top bar.

Check which proposals have been viewed but not yet accepted. These are your best follow-up opportunities, as the client has shown interest but has not committed.
