Small Print

The legal footer of your proposal, with company details and document links.

Overview

The Small Print section is always the last section in every proposal. It cannot be moved or removed. It provides the legal and administrative details that clients and their procurement teams expect to see.

Company Details

The following are displayed automatically from your account settings:

  • Company address
  • Company registration number
  • VAT number

Document Links

Attach important documents such as insurance certificates, terms and conditions, health and safety policies, or any other supporting paperwork. Clients can download these directly from the proposal.

Document Management

Upload and manage your documents in Settings. For each document, you can control its visibility per-proposal:

  • Mandatory: always included, cannot be removed from individual proposals
  • Default on: included by default but can be toggled off for specific proposals
  • Optional: not included by default but can be added to individual proposals

Job-Specific Documents

In addition to your company-level documents, you can upload documents specific to an individual proposal. These are useful for one-off items such as a bespoke contract or site-specific risk assessment.

Expiry Tracking

Documents with expiry dates (such as insurance certificates) display warnings in your dashboard when they are approaching expiry or have expired. Keep your documents up to date to avoid sending proposals with outdated paperwork.

Ensure your company address, registration number, and VAT number are correct in Settings. These details appear on every proposal you send.
