Draft

Last updated: 4 November 2026

We want everyone to be able to use pro-posal.io, including the clients who open the proposals our customers send. We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA across the app, proposal pages and this website.

What works today

  • You can use the app and proposal pages by keyboard, including reordering lists and signing a proposal with your typed name.
  • Pages have skip links, named dialogs and announcements for screen readers.
  • The cover animation stops if your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Every training video has captions and a written transcript.
  • Emails have a plain-text version.

What we know is not yet right

  • Some grey text and form borders in the app are lighter than the standard asks. We are fixing this.
  • Proposal pages use each company's own brand colours, which we do not control.
  • Downloadable PDFs are not tagged for screen readers. The proposal web page has the same content and is the accessible version.

Ask for another format

Email darren@pro-posal.io with "Accessibility" in the subject. We reply within 5 working days, and can send proposal content as plain text or in larger print.

Problems or complaints

Tell us at the same address. If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service at equalityadvisoryservice.com.

How we checked

This statement is based on our own testing in November 2026, by keyboard and with browser accessibility tools. An independent audit is planned, and we will update this page with its results.
