Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pro-posal.io ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using pro-posal.io on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

The service

pro-posal.io lets you build, send and track proposals. We provide the service on a subscription basis and aim to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Each paid seat is for one named person; seats may be reassigned but not shared simultaneously.

Free trial and billing

• New accounts start with a 60-day free trial. No card is required to begin.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and payments are handled by Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added where applicable.

Your content

You keep ownership of the proposals, text, images and other content you put into the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content so we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload and that it is lawful.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• send spam or unsolicited proposals at scale;
• upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• resell or white-label the service to others without our written agreement.

Integrations

If you connect a third-party service such as Current RMS, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. We only read the data needed to populate your proposals.

Cancellation and suspension

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or that creates a security or legal risk, giving notice where we reasonably can.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above and tell you about significant changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
