This page explains how pro-posal.io uses cookies and similar technologies. The short version: we use only the cookies that are strictly necessary to run the service. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with third parties for advertising.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are essential for a site to function (for example, to keep you logged in); others are used to measure traffic or to advertise. We only use the first kind.

The cookies we use

• Authentication cookies: set when you sign in, so the app knows it is you on each page and keeps your session secure. These are essential; the app does not work without them.
• Security cookies: used to protect against cross-site request forgery and to keep your session safe.

These cookies are set only when you sign in to the application. The public marketing pages do not set tracking cookies.

Cookies we do not use

• No analytics cookies (for example Google Analytics).
• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No third-party social tracking cookies.

The cookie notice

Because we only use essential cookies, we show a short notice rather than a consent banner. Dismissing that notice records your choice in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Because our cookies are essential, blocking them will stop you from being able to sign in and use the application.
