Refunds and Cancellation

This page forms part of our Terms of Service. Prices are shown on our pricing page, and subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.

Free trial

• New accounts start with a free trial. You do not need a card to begin.
• We only charge a card you have added. If your trial ends before you add one, nothing is charged, and your account stops working until you subscribe.

Cancelling

• The account owner can cancel at any time in Settings, Billing. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and is not renewed after that. You can undo the cancellation until then.

Refunds

• We do not refund part months, or months in which the service was available to you.
• If you were charged in error, for example twice, or after you cancelled, email us within 60 days and we will refund the charge in full.
• Nothing on this page affects any rights you have by law.
